With extreme couponing you can learn the techniques and tips on saving tons of money on groceries including food, household, and other items at the grocery store.  TLC has this new show  that has a few people on the TV series that display how they are saving lots of cash just by using coupons.

This is not your typical coupon user either as they go to great lengths in saving their money.

You can also start with lots of FREE coupons by signing up to our newsletter below:

In this tough economy many people are trying to learn new ways of saving money and with this TLC show, some people are only paying less than $10 for hundreds of items in which they stock pile and use over the years.

Another thing they do is double up on grocery coupons for items and even buy them on sale so they can get that extra savings.  The show goes to great lengths in showing everything from the very beginning of preparation of extreme couponing all the way until the couponer gets home and starts organizing the way their items are in the home.

How can these people do this? I’m in California, and the stores here won’t let you use more than 3 of the same coupons at a time. I would have to go through the line 50 times to get these deals.

I am here in Northern California and none of the stores that I shop at have limits on how many coupons I can redeem. P&G coupons have it printed on them that you cannot use more than 4 of the same coupon in the same shopping trip. Just be patient, and match the sales with the coupons.

the reason the stores only let you use 3 coupons now it because of the show, and some on the show were doing coupon fraud, so becareful.

i just started doing couponing and it has already saved me money!!! It does take a lot of prep work but if you have help from someone who was on the show ( which i do) then it gets easier to understand!!! Look for “Jessica “the coupon
Hacker” on Facebook and like that page and she will help you in tons of ways and she also has a website its, livingonacoupon.com, i would look there for starters and learn from this master of couponing!!!!!! Good luck to you all!!!

You have to remeber that what you see on that show, is not TYPICAL for a normal “coupon trip”. If you are saving on the average of 50% at the grocery store for food, you should consider yourself successful. DO NOT think you aren’t doing it right if you can’t get 1K worth of groceries for 10.00 or less. The people for this show spend month’s preparing for that trip, and the stores will even admit they made special accomodations just for the show. If you are couponing and saving money, be proud of yourself! Don’t worry that it wasn’t ALL free!
