I love saving with coupons especially when somethings on sale already and you save even more with coupon increasing savings

Amazing to me but Im good at it you can look and buy stuff getting more ounces comparing to other name brands whether on sale or not and whether got got coupon or not as well as well as how man come in a package on selected products and name brands like soda, yogurt looking to see what name brand can buy to get more for your money with or without money but with meat by pounds

Then I love to cook and enjoy eating the food doing all preparation of cooking and all different meal ideas

I hope you become better continiously at this Good luck Save that money and illl have fun continiously all my life saving at the store as if need any tips from me email me and ill tell you helping you

I saw one show of extreem couponing. The next time I went to the store I saved 52% off my bill. I hope that your book helps but I think that I have all ready done every thing you talked about.

Ben Bray February 6, 2012 at 1:39 am

Go through all these people on here and read my comments. What was the show called about extreem couponing. And then how did you save 52% off next bill Im very proud you did more food for more next time you go.So you read my email already and you like it as you probably do that stuff or was there some stuff that I suggested that was good for you to save even more possibly along with what you been doing and how are you power couponing?

Alisha Caramazza May 3, 2011 at 5:07 pm

I have been watching the extreme couponing show on TV and I see how much they save. I am hoping to see a big savings for me also.

L November 22, 2011 at 8:08 pm

Yesterday an extreme coupon person was interviewed in the OKC area & all the stuff she has in storage that her family may or may not use. She plans to donate some to charity but I noticed all the Chex Mix. It may get old before her family eats it. Couponing can become addictave over time, if some of the things get old, that’s not saving money!

Carolyn December 4, 2012 at 4:14 am

not to be rude to L but, those boxes of chex mix will not go to waste im sure. she will donate to charity or give it away to neighbors or friends. And how do you know that those boxes of cereal are not completly free? dont be so judgemental, we dont get a good deal just to waste it.

Ben Bray February 6, 2012 at 1:52 am

The extreme power couponing show you been watching on tv when and what channel does it come on so I can watch?Read through all my comments on everyones here especially Cathie with longest email.

Grocery shoppings one my favorite things to do and I love to go

Randi May 16, 2011 at 9:57 pm

Coupon clipping services or buying inserts in bulk will definitely help.

Lora September 1, 2011 at 4:47 am

How do you buy inserts in bulk?

admin September 1, 2011 at 3:36 pm

There are many services online that provide them like whole coupon inserts.

L November 22, 2011 at 8:05 pm

20 years ago there were more cereal coupons & things we used. I’ve not seen a Kellogg’s coupon in a long time. They just have sales at different stores. We’ve gotten the Daily Ok. for 40 yrs. & if my husband didn’t like to read it every A.M. I would cancel as we pay by the year & it’s just under $200.00. If I choose to print a coupon I really want I take out the color cartridge as the ads really use the ink!!! I luck to get 3 coupons I might use a week before it expires!

Rachel December 9, 2011 at 8:15 pm

I agree Kellogg’s is a little skimpy with their coupons. $1.00 off 3 boxes doesn’t go very far.
As far as not finding coupons you can use. If there aren’t any in the newspaper, printing them might be your better option. You can choose to print only in black and white. That will save your ink some.
You might also try changing brands. Brand loyalties cost a lot at times. People who only use coupons for brands they already use are sometimes out of luck if this isn’t the week for their coupons. Just a thought to expand your horizon.
Also the online coupons do allow you to look for coupons published in places that aren’t local. There’s a bigger selection out there than in the paper, even if you shop from multiple papers each week like I do.

Lin May 22, 2011 at 6:34 pm

I watch Extreme Couponing on TLC. Would love to learn how to save more, but as I’m flat broke at the mo’, I’ll have to buy this the first week in June when I have money again. So, writiing myself a note to come back to this page to get this ebook. ;-)

Natalia Vazquez May 29, 2011 at 4:12 am

I went two times to buy groceries with coupones… If I had pay with the price of a supermarket I would have paying more than 400 but I saved 356 to be exact…yay!!! Now I don’t have space for many food in my kitchen specially cereals…i ended buying 21 boxes for less than 6 dollars…

Rebecca Kidd July 28, 2011 at 8:29 pm

Hello, my name is rebecca. I read ur post about how much you saved. I am interested in learning how to use coupons but don’t know where to start. I find coupons to save .33 cents or like the coupon i was looking at it says save $1.00 on three boxes of cereal. Can you explain to me how this is a savings? My family has never used coupons so i apologize for my ignorance on the whole matter. But I really need help when it comes to couponing.

Rebecca Kidd

Rachel December 9, 2011 at 8:29 pm

Lol. I have been couponing for… 2 months or so. You’re right to be confused. The best place to start would be your local newspaper. Some are useful. Some are not. I’m a single woman living with my parents. The youngest of my family is 13. Baby food does not interest me. Similarly, coupons for $1.00 3 boxes of something don’t mean a whole lot, unless you combine them with something else. Many stores will allow you to combine manufacturer coupons with store coupons. That adds a little more savings, or store deals: buy one, get one free, etc.
Alone, that one coupons doesn’t do a whole lot of good, but also consider the single mom with 4 kids will go through a lot of cereal and even a dollar off is better than full price. It takes a lot of analyzing you family’s habits, asking around for help, advise, and tips, etc. I’ve asked numerous friends and family members what their secrets are.

Kate December 25, 2011 at 12:10 pm

first thing is save your coupons, if you don’t use them that week, someone will have a sale eventually, where you can get it cheaper remember this someone always has it cheaper so check all your ads.
Publix will accept Target coupons.
Cvs is a gold mine, they have different brand cereals often buy 2 for 4.00 if you have 2 coupons 1.00 off the cereal will cost you a buck a box. Plus CVS has rewards, buy something and get a cash coupon back, and they sell lots of useful items, Walmart is very cheap on Maybelline NYC cosmetics, and you can find coupons for those, it took me a few weeks to get with the couponing but now I love it.

Laura Jean Riley June 2, 2011 at 2:50 am

I love to get coupons and save as much as I can, but, I am having a lot of trouble getting the coupons. I can’t print them because we don’t own a printer. I have emailed some manufacturers ,but, not all of them mail coupons. I also called my local newspaper and they send all their leftovers to a recycling plant. What can I do? Thank you for any help.

admin June 23, 2011 at 4:04 pm

Coupon clipping services like ours or sites where you can buy bulk inserts will definitely give you a great start at getting coupons you want.

Kate December 25, 2011 at 12:12 pm

you can get a printer at Walmart, I know they had one on sale for 29.00,
You can save more than that on your first shopping order using coupons.

lesa June 9, 2011 at 6:45 pm

I use coupons on everything the stores here don’t have a card to use so just the coupons is all i get to use. I look at the stores around and they don’t have cards to save any more money so i might save 10 dollars and that would be it. I really need coupons i have a familty of 6 and they can eat.. I don’t get anything so fun to use coupons just i don’t get all them items they get , don’t ge to get that good stuff..

Anna Palm June 11, 2011 at 7:34 pm

I am unable to watch the extreme couponing show b/c no cable…but w/my sisters help…i have learned how to do this..i dont like it if my coupon savings arent close to 50%…lol…

Michele June 12, 2011 at 6:20 am

I have watched every show on extreme couponing and i have alot of coupons and i watch all the sale papers and things don’t come out free or pay nothing. I saved only a couple of dollars. There has to be more to this something they are not telling.

crystal July 26, 2011 at 6:51 am

hey i got a secret to tell ya..( i just love giving out secrets) you go on line, fill there info out.. you can use there coupons along with in store AND THE PAPER!! thats why these crazy shoppers walk away with a smile on the face and a grin on your face..
rebates, xtra money back, deals on line with the store.. oh it adds up
i been doing it about 4 weeks, yea time flys by and 3 or 4 hours at a time just slide by.. but my 1 hour and 20 minute trip to shop rite and TRIPLE coupon day( once a month) my 397 food bill was 3 .90!!!!!
have fun with it a few times you feel like this…ohhh ur hoooooked!! xoxox good luck!!

Jennifer Courtney September 3, 2011 at 3:23 am

What is the Triple coupon day? I’ve never heard of it.

Rachel December 9, 2011 at 8:47 pm

Some stores have certain days when they will double or even triple the value of your coupon. A $0.25 coupons becomes worth $0.75 and a $2.00 off coupons is now worth $6.00.
Sometimes they do put limits on it. EX: Will double coupons up to $1.00. You have to check store policy to see what stores double coupons and on what day.

Anita June 16, 2011 at 3:42 pm

So I love couponing but here in southern California there aren’t any grocery stores that I know of that offer double coupons. I’m saving 30 – 40% on average but would like to do better of course! Any tips out there??? Does anyone know any stores in my neck of the woods that do double coupons?? I’ve looked and looked but can’t find any…

Beth September 11, 2011 at 3:14 am

Vons doubles coupons up to a dollar.

Kate December 25, 2011 at 12:19 pm

no double in Fl. either, but buy one get one free is a great way to save money especially if you have coupons,b ut remember there is always a store that has items cheaper so check all of your ads and don’t throw the coupons away, someone will always have your items on sale.
Cvs is a gold mine with register rewards. Walmart is best for cosmetic prices and the All You magazine the sell has lots of coupons in it

Tina O June 18, 2011 at 2:10 am

i have been watching the extreme coupning show on TV and i love it so much that want to be part of it and be a big saver; hope it will happen soon.

sara June 18, 2011 at 10:39 pm

there are some sites i go to that tell me to go to facebook and like. i click like and nothing comes up. i don’t understand how to get coupons on facebook. help please

admin June 23, 2011 at 4:00 pm

I would be weary of facebook sites to get coupons as I would stick to the traditional websites.

Aquilla Riley-Jordan June 18, 2011 at 11:16 pm

Can someone help me and give me websites to get coupons and help me learn how to do extreme couponing

admin June 23, 2011 at 3:59 pm

We provide many resources in our ebook.

Dog Training Collar Guy June 19, 2011 at 1:42 am

I saw that couponing show on TV tonight and was fascinated! Even if we can’t save as much as those folks, a solid 25 % savings would be great. (I don’t need 100 bottles of liquid soap) Looks like your book is the best out there so I’ll have to check it out. Thanks!

Renee June 23, 2011 at 12:12 am

I use to be able to save a lot of money by couponing, but now I can’t even find coupons for what I use, just for what I don’t use. HELP!
Also as I read the advertisement for the ebook for Power Couponer, It says two different things on the same page: $27.00 on sale for $17.00 and then a 60% savings, regularly $49.00 on sale for $17.00. I’m confused, sorry if I sound cheap but I’m a single parent, and also am raising my grandson because his mom is in the service and is active duty, do you give military discount?

admin June 23, 2011 at 3:56 pm

It’s on sale when you check out for $17! :-)

Linda November 22, 2011 at 8:00 pm

To all the young families who need coupons for diapers & cereal it is good to use them, I did when our 3 were young, saving for their college. Now with them grown we go to Aldi’s for many of their name brands that are about half of what I would get them for with a coupon. Both of us grew up on a farm with using fresh vegetables, I do more of that now than casseroles when the kids had their friends over. I never bought canned spaghettios or chicken noodle soup. I used pasta & chicken boullion. Years ago I read where a P & G CEO followed a shopper & saw she was buying store brands. He decided they needed to do something, they changed to more (improved) packaging & gadgets for the young to buy that they just can’t live without. L I in OK>

Barbara June 27, 2011 at 4:55 pm

Will order your Ebook today. Luv your site. I’ve been a steady couponer for 20+ years. My question to you and your members
is; Other than the envelope size containers is there a made for serious couponers book or box that can be transported to stores, fit securly in the grocery cart, and be large enough to hold large quantities of coupons. Something like a 3 ring binder with plastic pages that have various pocket sizes for holding the coupons? I’ve tried the envelope size, and also index and receipe card holders. These are too small and really cause me to be unorganized. Please help!!!

admin June 30, 2011 at 7:58 pm

Yes, many people use baseball card binders that work just great with dividers.

kris July 23, 2011 at 4:43 pm

My state doesn’t allow the following; coupon doubling more than $3 per transaction per person, overages or more than 10 like coupons. We also have no sales tax to compensate. But I am wondering is there aything in your book I can benefit from? I already stack store and manufcturers with loyalty rewards rebates and help from people willing to shop with me I save usuall an average of 70%…can I do better with this book?

Jessie August 2, 2011 at 2:02 pm

I have been getting sunday papers and using the coupons. If I have coupons that I don’t use or have more than I can use I have a friend I give them to. I cut coupons for 3 households. I have contacted numerous websites and get free samples along with many coupons. Everytime I am in the store checking out the people behind me are asking me how and where they can get the same savings. My fiance was a disbeliever until he went to the store with me and seen all the savings. Now on Sundays he is the one who goes and gets the newspapers. Funny how that is.

Tammy August 4, 2011 at 6:58 pm

I don’t have alot of money left for food these days after all the bills paid. This will be wonderful, to learn……………….

Grammao8 August 14, 2011 at 1:18 pm

Just to let you know that I just started couponing last week and I thought I did pretty well when my grocery order went from $127.00 to $83.00 and I got money back.
Then my daughter checked out and she went from $158 to 123 and got a couple dollars more back than I did.
I got my son started couponing this week. He’s going to get a paper and prove to his wife that he can save money better than she can because he just got a new job where he makes more money and they have less because she thinks she has to spend more.
Have fun shopping and couponing….if you have any sites for the bulk inserts, please let me know.

Krazy Coupon August 19, 2011 at 8:38 pm

We bought a copy of this e-book and love it! We suggest you do the same.

rebecca bblack August 20, 2011 at 2:43 pm

ok i have watched the show, many times i want to know what store
she shoped at and what there coupon policy is,because here in wilmington nc i shop at harris teeter when they have super double coupons, and i cna only use 2o coupons that they will double
so i se the highest dollar amount coupons first, after the 20 they will not double the rest save 40% on my bill so this really confuses me as to how she can pay 6.00 for over 200 worth of food?

angie August 30, 2011 at 6:34 pm

admin September 1, 2011 at 3:38 pm

krystal September 12, 2011 at 2:31 pm

I was wondering if this coupon book and coupon books are valid in Canada or the US?? In Canada we aren’t able to coupon like Extreme Couponers on TLC we have way to many rules you can’t double up coupons, you can’t get loyalty cards in a lot of provinces and a lot of stores do not take printable coupons. I do coupon and spend quite a bit of time doing it but never save hundreds of dollars at once but it all sure does help out.

admin September 15, 2011 at 4:45 pm

It’s geared towards the U.S., however the same concepts can really be applied in Canada.

Di Anna November 26, 2011 at 11:24 pm

I already save between 40-50% sometimes even more on my grocery bill. Will this book help me to save even more? I would really like to learn how to save more and get my grocery bill as low as I possibly can, if not for free!

nicole January 28, 2012 at 1:24 am

i have over 100 coupons and i am only nine. My mom gets three sunday newspapers so i have 3 coupons of each i am using them in about a week or so. I AM SO EXCITED!

Jessica February 20, 2012 at 3:07 am

I’m 19 years old taking care of 2 people. I use to spend SOO much on groceries, and as a cashier I hated coupons. Having so many to ring up at once was a pain, but once I got my hours cut I decided to give it a try. I’ve already saved about $100 on every bill…saving more than I spend. I love couponing! It saved me financially.

Patti May 8, 2012 at 2:41 am

I have been couponing for about 4 to 5 months now. I hope to get a lot of advice from your book. There are times I may not save as much as other times but we have a lot better choices on what we eat now instead of the same old thing. We probably have enough shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper , paper towels, tooth paste, deodorant, soap, detergent, body washes etc… to last a couple of years.

The list is to long put on here. I have about 4 newspapers that I get plus several websites i go to to clip coupons. One of the best I have found is She can give you the deals at several stores, not only what was in the paper but their store sales too. She will break it down and pretty much tell you the best way to buy certain things. if you haven’t checked it out then you need to. I keep a large binder and section things off by different categories making it easier to find and get all the sales papers and compare whose prices are better than others.

It can be time consuming but in the end I don’t regret the time i have spent. Sometimes I have come home and actually made money. Especially at CVS. They run some pretty good sales and this week is one of them. Don’t jump on the first time you see someplace that puts a coupon you have on sale. Sometimes it is best to sit on them. Some you will never use. Its great to get things you always wanted to but thought it was too high to buy. Time to go clip some coupons and prepare to go to CVS tomorro.
Happy Couponing Everyone

Rick Moss May 18, 2012 at 12:07 am

I live on a fixed income because os disability, so every penny I can save helps ! ! !

Brenda May 24, 2012 at 7:55 pm

I’m 43 years old and I love my coupons. I really save but not like Joyce but i’m working on it. Good Luck to you all who do this.

Whitney July 2, 2012 at 12:39 pm

I have used coupons for 10+ years. I didn’t really start SAVING money until I bought an item at an all-time low price and then put a coupon on top of that already low price. That’s what has changed my use of coupons. Now I love using coupons because I get so much for free. In the past, I dreaded going to the store and just saving $5. I love people who share their insights about using coupons the right way.

Mary July 12, 2012 at 11:58 pm

I started to download and print coupons and go through our local flyers weekly. I only buy things I know that won’t go bad within a year like cereal, pasta’s etc and cleaning products I do also go one line and look for code for the stores I frequent or need a gift. Most I’ve safed is 90 on my grocery bill. I do have a stock pile of the aboved named type of items. We are all set for the summer with Baked beans, mustard, relish, BBQ sauce and thing of the like. I always buy items when on sale and then apply my doubled coupon, Husband use to laugh at me and now he goes with me. I set up all three computers in the house to print out coupons. I do not buy or use newpaper inserts. There are plenty on line even if you have to join a FB page or something. I still would like to be better at it but don’t want to or need to have a stock pile of things we will never use and 30 bags of chips, they will be out dated before we even come close to eating 4 bags of them, buying things you don’t use is a waste of money to me, to prove you can save on them is one thing, to actually use them and not disguard them when they’ve expired is something else.
